9th Annual Fallen Heroes 5K Run

This 5K Race starts and ends at Bar Anticipation on 16th Avenue in Lake Como/Belmar, NJ on September 10,2011 RAIN OR SHINE. It is $25 to register before 9/7/2011 and $30 after. Registration begins at 7:45am and the race start time is 9:30am. There will be a Post-Race barbecue where awards and prizes will be given out.

Awards include 1,2,3 place as well as Overall, EMS, Military, Firefighters, Police Officers, Lifeguards and Age Groups.

The proceeds raised from this event directly support the mission of the FMBA Foundation to improve the health and safety of our brothers and sisters and to secure the well-being of the widows and children of our fallen heroes.

It also supports the many charities we are involved in such as St. Barnabas Burn Foundation, the Connecticut Burn Camp, The Make-A-Wish Foundation, The Leukemia Society, and many more.
